LG Electronics guarantees free repair service to its products within the warranty period through its Authorized Service Centers. Each LG product has a different set of warranty conditions, so please refer to information below.

Guidance for SVC Repair Cost

Services that LG customers can avail:

  • In-Home : Professional technicians visit your home to service your Product as per your comfort
  • Carry-In : Customer bring in his / her product to the nearest service center for service

In-warranty Service

If the defect or failure occurs while using the product in normal condition (functional defect) within the warranty period, In such case the customer can avail in warranty service by providing the purchase invoice at the time of service.

Customer Carelessness
  • In case that the product is defect from customer’s fault(Including software)
  • In case that the product is defect due to the customer doesn’t keep the caution of user manual.
  • In case that the product is defect due to the customer make a rooting, modification by himself not by LG authorized service center.
  • In case that the product is defect due to customer carelessness without any confirmation in advance like the faulty of circuit breaker, socket, multiple tap and mis-power on, plug in error, etc
  • In case that the customer request the service due to cut off the water, stop the water/ gas ,etc
  • In case that the customer request the service due to the external environment like faulty of internet service, antenna, wired signal and so forth.
Etc. It’s just customer’s request even though the product is not defect
(It’ll be charged to the customer even though the product is in In-warranty.)
ex. Check whether the product is normal or abnormal.
Cleaning filter due to the blockage of the product filter and so forth.

It’ll be helpful if the customer check the LG service homepage for examining product simply or seeking the trouble shooting.

Standard to estimate SVC charge

Service cost is made up of part cost and repair charges like the below.

Part charges :
Means the price of the part/s consumed in repairing the product. The part charge will be communicated by the engineer before carry out the repair
Repair charges :
Repair charge means the engineer’s fee according to the repair level. Refer the table
Transport charges :
Transportation charges applicable when the product is taken to the workshop for repair
Split AC gas charging transportation to be collected for in Home service also.
Inspection charges :
Inspection charges applicable in case customer not interested in availing repair service. refuses for

These charges are applicable in case of customer desire for site inspection for installation of air conditioner

1) Transport applicable only when set is taken to workshop by center (Split AC gas charging transportation to be collected for in Home service also).

2) In home service for laptop & data projector is applicable in limited cities.

3) Additional standard service charges also to be paid by customer (Gas Charging, Chemical Wash / Jet Pump / Sterilization).

4) Site Inspection charges to be adjusted against AC Installation charges.

5) Standard installation apply. Civil/welding/Electrical work will cost extra as per actual.

6) Split AC : Dismantle done by one ESC and Re-Installation done by other ESC then Re-installation charges @ 1500, If same ESC then @1000.

7) No extra labor money to be charged for installation against extra material used.

8) Fixing charges will be applied if arranged by customer himself / provided by dealer for AC bracket and Copper pipe.

Guidance for Warranty Period

Warranty Terms & Conditions :

Warranty Conditions :

  • 1) Warranty is confined to the first purchase of the LG product only & is non-transferable.
  • 2) Proof of purchase (i.e. Purchase invoice or purchase receipt) along with corresponding model and/or the serial number of the unit must be presented when requesting service under warranty.
  • 3) Repairs under warranty shall be carried out by an authorized service personnel only.
  • 4) In case of repairs or replacement of any part/s of the unit, this warranty will thereafter continue and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty. Replacement of parts would be purely at the discretion of LGEIL alone. In case the replacement of the entire unit is being made, (subject to the sole discretion of LGEIL), the same model shall be replaced and in the event such model has been discontinued, it shall be replaced with the model equivalent as deemed by LGEIL.
  • 5) For units installed beyond municipal limits of the jurisdiction of company’s Authorized Service Center, on-site warranty is not applicable and it is the responsibility of the customer to contact the nearest authorized service center and bring the unit to the authorized service center at its own cost and risk. All expenses incurred in collecting the units or parts thereof from the company’s authorized service center, as well as expenses incurred in deputizing of service personnel/technicians towards conveyance and other incidentals etc. will be borne by the customer. Local Charges for transportation and handling charges may vary from location to location. Customers are advised to verify before.
  • 6) The company or its Authorized Service Center reserves the right to retain any part/s or component replaced at its discretion, in the event of a defect being noticed in the equipment during warranty period. Where a warranty is provided the product or part replaced becomes the property of LGEIL.
  • 7) It is the sole responsibility of the customer to provide necessary support to the company if the unit to be installed is not suitable for the installer or the service engineer to reach.
  • 8) This warranty will automatically terminate on the expiry of the warranty period as specified in the warranty table, even if LG product or part may not be in use for any time during the warranty period for any reason.
  • 9) In case of any unpredicted situation and spares not being available, LG’s prevailing depreciation policy (subject to the sole discretion of LGEIL & could be change without prior notice) will be applied on the product as a solution.
  • 10) No Dealer/Distributor/Retailer has authority to vary the terms of above warranty.
  • 11) Only courts in state of Delhi and places where LGEIL has its branch office shall have the jurisdiction for settling any claims, disputes arising under the warranty.

Warranty Limitations :

  • 1) Damage or Failure caused by unauthorized modification or alteration or if it is used for other than the intended purpose or caused by improper or reckless use, which shall be determined by the company personnel.
  • 2) The unit shall be operated at input voltage and frequency as per the user manual. Any failure due to voltage / fluctuation beyond specified tolerance will not be covered under warranty.
  • 3) Consequential or resulting liability, damage or loss to property or life arising directly or indirectly out of any defect in the LG product. The company’s obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair of defective parts only under the warranty period.
  • 4) Warranty does not cover repair of any external accessories supplied by Dealer/LG as promotional scheme irrespective whether the same is manufactured by LG or some other manufacturer, installation & configuration of drivers, network & hardware optimizations, cabling or connection.
  • 5) Damage caused by transportation and handling, including scratches, dents, chips, and/or other damage to the finish of your product, unless such damage results from defect in materials or workmanship and is reported within fifteen (15) days of purchase (Call 0806-937-9999 or 1800-315-9999).
  • 6) On removal, tampering or alteration of any identification labels on the machine or any of its components including serial number
  • 7) If the product has not been installed, operated, maintained or used in accordance with the instructions and / or specifications given in the Operating Instruction Booklet provided with the product.
  • 8) The warranty card is not completed properly at the time of purchase.
  • 9) Any defects, damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse (viz , spurious/fake accessories, scratches on screen, forcible attachment into USB port resulting in damage of pins, using liquids or non-recommended cleaners on screen or CD- Rom lenses etc.), fire, liquid spillage, miss-adjustment of controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorized repairs by any persons, use of defective or incompatible accessories, the operation of a computer virus of any kind, exposure to abnormally corrosive conditions, improper installation, repair or maintenance or entry by any insect, vermin or foreign object in the Product. Improper repair includes use of parts not approved or specified by LGEIL.
  • 10) Damage or missing items to any display, open box, discounted or refurbished product.
  • 11) Warranty doesn’t cover any compatibility and connectivity issue.
  • 12) Damage caused by commercial, business or industrial purpose, except the air conditioning commercial systems and B2B products. The warranty is valid for equipment dedicated to domestic use only. Commercial or industrial use means products are subjected to harsh and repetitive work involving abuse whose components are forced to operational limits
  • 13) Goods(products) that are not distributed within the region of LG India.

Additional Warranty Conditions
  • 1) (4 or 9) years (depending on model) additional warranty on Compressor will continue even after the expiry of 1 year basic warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty cover Compressor only. Gas/Gas Charging will be charged to the customer. Gas charging is included only when compressor is defective & inoperative. During the additional warranty period, it does not cover any part such as condenser coil, evaporator coil, capillary, suction line, electronic parts etc. Standard visiting charges will be applicable within the municipal limit of town where LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LGEIL) has it's Authorized Service centre. Service outside municipal limit will to and fro traveling, other incidental expenses in addition to standard visiting charges, as prevailing policy from attract time to time. During the warranty period, only the parts replaced or repaired shall be free of costs, but service charges shall always be payable by the customer.
  • 2) Any alteration in the installation position or shifting of the Air-Conditioner from one premises to another should be carried out by the LG Electronics customer care center or its authorized service franchisee / sales and service dealer only. Such change if address of the installation must be notified to LG Electronics customer care center.
  • 3) Two (2) free preventive maintenance services (Labor only) will be provided to the customer during the first year of warranty period. To avail these free services customer has to register the call at the call center no. 1800-315-9999 or 1800-180-9999. After expiry of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase LGEIL is not liable for any free services.
Additional Warranty Limitations
  • 1) Damage caused by improper installation of equipment. All LG AC have particular specifications that must be respected by the staff in charge of the installation. LG provides continuous education & updated information to Service Centers on this issue. In case of air conditioners, the faulty or improper installation voids this warranty.
  • 2) Damage resulting from improper maintenance or lack of maintenance in Air Conditioner. Regular maintenance of equipment should be done at least every 3 months.
  • 3) Damage to external surfaces, furniture, plastic parts, control remotes, batteries, tapes, heads, filters, hoses, cables, antennas, switches, speakers, light bulbs, adapters, projector lamps, belt washers, microwave plates and other accessories.(No replaces of missing accessories after delivery of the product to the store).

  • 2) If any colored internal or external components are replaced, there will be commitment to ensure that the shades match with the original or other components. The replaced shades, patterns, tints may vary from the customer’s unit due to continuous usage of the unit. Any matching components changed at customer’s request will be on chargeable basis except the component which actually needed.
  • 3) Special Warranty or Extended Warranties for certain parts of products (Compressor) does not include labor, only parts.

  • 1) 9 Year warranty on the Charcoal Lighting Heater will continue even after the expiry of 1 year basic warranty period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers Charcoal Lighting Heater only. During the additional warranty period, it does not cover parts such as PCB/Controller Assembly, High Voltage Diode, High Voltage Capacitor, Magnetron, Quartz Heater, Convection Heater Assembly, High Voltage Transformer, Thermostat, T.T Motor, Fan Motor, Cavity etc. The standard visiting charges will be applicable within municipal limit of town where LG Electronics India Pvt. Ltd. (LG) has its Authorized Service Centre. Service outside municipal limit will attract to and fro travelling, other incidental expenses in addition to standard visiting charges, as per the prevailing policy from time to time. During the additional warranty period only the parts replaced or repaired shall be free of costs, but service charges shall always be payable by the customer.

  • 1) In event of repair LGEIL shall endeavor to use new parts however in any case fresh parts are not available then LGEIL will have every right to use refurbished parts. The warranty on Replacement model / Refurbished part shall remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty based on original purchase.
  • 2) Special Warranty or Extended Warranties for certain parts of products (CD tray and control panel) does not include labor, only parts. The CD assembly includes the optical lens.
  • 3) Warranty is for Microphone and Wireless Sub Microphone along with RF pack.(Song Star)
  • 4) The warranty on recording pack and song pack is of 6 Months from the date of purchase.(Song Star)
Additional Warranty Limitations

  • 2) Warranty doesn’t cover any mismatch between the song’s number in songstar & the songs number embedded in Microphone.(Song Star)

FPD Additional Warranty Conditions
  • 1) Bright dots / Dark dots hereinafter referred as Pixels within the permissible limit shall not be treated as defect and will not be covered under warranty. The range of permissible limit of Pixels anywhere on the screen is between 4 to 12 dots counted separately for Bright & Dark dots each depending upon the screen resolution of the respective product.
  • 2) Customer has to remove all third parties software, hardware and parts prior to product service. LGEIL will not be held responsible for damage or loss to these items.
  • 3) Special Warranty or Extended Warranties for certain parts of products (Module LCD / PDP) is inclusive of labor.
  • 4) In event of repair LGEIL shall endeavor to use new parts however in any case fresh parts are not available then LGEIL will have every right to use refurbished parts. The warranty on Replacement model / Refurbished part shall remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty based on original purchase.
Additional Warranty Limitations
  • 1) Product issues due to deficient signal reception or set up adjustments.
  • 2) Warranty does not cover repair of any external accessories, installation & configuration of drivers, network & hardware optimizations,cabling or connection.
  • 3) Product issues caused by use of parts, peripherals or software not recommended by LG.
  • 4) Damage or loss to program, data from removable storage media.
  • 5) Due to periodic addition of various software/operating systems by the user, LG Electronics recommends you to make periodic backup copies of the data of Product stored on your hard disk drive or other storage devices as a precaution against possible failures, alteration or loss / corruption of data. In addition, before requesting service for Product, be sure to back up the data of Product and remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information, in the event of failure to do so by you, LGEIL shall not be responsible/does not guarantee against any misuse.
  • 6) LGEIL does not keep any data back-up while repairing / replacing the unit and does not give any assurance in any manner whatsoever about the recovery of data. It is responsibility of the ;;/customer to take the data and software backup of the hard disk or any other storage media before providing the product to service center. If any data or content is lost during the service, LGEIL will not be held responsible
  • 7) Warranty does not cover repair of any external accessories, installation & configuration of drivers, network & hardware optimizations, BIOS updates system / data recovery, cabling or connection.
  • 8) All Software programs, including the operating systems and software added to this product whether preloaded or shipped with the machine, or installed subsequently.
  • 9) Image Sticking or Image Retention caused by displaying fixed image or same pattern for a long time. Refer to “Recommendation of operation time & condition" for optimized operation in owner manual.

  • 1) In event of repair LGEIL shall endeavor to use new parts however in any case fresh parts are not available then LGEIL will have every right to use refurbished parts. The warranty on Replacement model / Refurbished part shall remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty based on original purchase.
  • 2) Bright dots / Dark dots hereinafter referred as Pixels within the permissible limit shall not be treated as defect and will not be covered under warranty. The range of permissible limit of Pixels anywhere on the screen is between 4 to 12 dots counted separately for Bright and Dark dots each depending upon the screen resolution of the respective product.
  • 3) Customer has to remove all third parties software, hardware and parts prior to product service. LGEIL will not be held responsible for damage or loss to these items.
  • 4) It is responsibility of the customer to remove and provide only (if installation has been done) projector to Service Engineer when visited onsite for repair or maintenance. LGEIL will not be held responsible for damage or loss to these items.
Additional Warranty Limitations
  • 1) To any wear & tear including to projector lamp, if the product is used in commercial, industrial ,educational or rental applications (Projector)
  • 2) To Projector Lamp after 6 months of purchase, whether made to use or not. (Projector)
  • 3) LGEIL will replace optical engine if the product have more than 3 defective pixels in standard warranty period. The lamp unit will provide 500 hours or 6 months warranty (whichever come first) if the product without abnormal shutdown. When projector need inspection or repair, if the product installed over 3.0 meters or secured by security system (like metal case or other security products), customer has to move the projector to accessible area and re-installation of the projector.
  • 4) Product issues due to deficient signal reception or set up adjustments.
  • 5) Warranty does not cover repair of any external accessories, installation & configuration of drivers, network & hardware optimizations, cabling or connection.
  • 6) Product issues caused by use of parts, peripherals or software not recommended by LG.
  • 7) Damage or loss to program, data from removable storage media.
  • 8) Due to periodic addition of various software/operating systems by the user, LG Electronics recommends you to make periodic backup copies of the data of Product stored on your hard disk drive or other storage devices as a precaution against possible failures, alteration or loss / corruption of data. In addition, before requesting service for Product, be sure to back up the data of Product and remove any confidential, proprietary or personal information, in the event of failure to do so by you, LGEIL shall not be responsible/does not guarantee against any misuse.
  • 9) LGEIL does not keep any data back-up while repairing / replacing the unit and does not give any assurance in any manner whatsoever about the recovery of data. It is responsibility of the ;;/customer to take the data and software backup of the hard disk or any other storage media before providing the product to service center. If any data or content is lost during the service, LGEIL will not be held responsable.
  • 10) Warranty does not cover repair of any external accessories, installation & configuration of drivers, network & hardware optimizations, BIOS updates system / data recovery, cabling or connection
  • 11) All Software programs, including the operating systems and software added to this product whether preloaded or shipped with the machine, or installed subsequently.
  • 12) Image Sticking or Image Retention caused by displaying fixed image or same pattern for a long time. Refer to “Recommendation of operation time & condition" for optimized operation in owner manual.
  • 13) The lamp life time of display panel is determined as the time which luminance of the lamp is 50% compared to that of initial value and shall not be covered under warranty.

AMC prices applicable for

  • AIR CONDITIONER : Which are manufactured within 7 years from the date of entering into AMC contract and AMC end date should be < 8 years from date of manufacturing.
  • Other products : Which are manufactured within 5 years from the date of entering into the AMC contract and AMC end date should be < 6 years from the date of manufacturing.

Manufacturing date shall be ascertained by LG engineer from the product serial number

LG Engineer/ Representative will provide receipt of payment made against services charges/AMC in the form of Electronic Receipt (SMS from LG Care and E-Mail).

Term & Conditions
  1. 1. This contract is offered to the customers who are residing within the municipal limits of the city/ town of company's authorized service centers. However customers residing outside the municipal limits of the city / town of our Service Centre can also opt for this contract, but in this case service will be undertaken only at the Service Centre and the customer will have to bring the set at his own expense to the Service Centre.
  2. 2. In case the service contract is to be entered into after the expiry of warranty period or of previous contract, the contract will be accepted subject to checking of the equipment by LG Electronics India Ltd. (hereafter, ‘Company’) representative and verifying that it is in working condition. In case set is found defective and any repair needs to be done, then it will be repaired first and then taken into contract and the cost (labor and parts) shall be borne by the customer.
  3. 3. All payments are to be made in advance along with the contract.
  4. 4. The contract shall be valid for a period as mentioned in the contract form, or the LGEIL Invoice, duly signed by LGEIL representative.
  5. 5. Acceptance/ Renewal of contract after expiry of the contract shall be at the sole discretion of company.
  6. 6. The customer shall register the complaint at LG call centers only. Any change of address must be notified by the customer in advance.
  7. 7. The company shall be under no obligation to provide repair / service because of improper use use / handling, physical damage, unauthorized alteration, modification or substitution of any part or Serial. Number of the unit is altered, tampered, defaced or removed, abnormal voltage fluctuation, insect induced issues, rat bite, negligence, acts of God like floods, lightening, earthquakes etc. or causes other than ordinary use. If our services are required as a result of the causes stated above, such services shall be at extra charge.
  8. 8. All defective components shall be replaced with compatible working parts and defective parts shall become company's property.
  9. 9. While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the company shall not be held responsible for any loss arising due to delay in rectification of unit.
  10. 10. In case the customer wants to cancel the contract before the completion of the contract period, there shall be no refund of the charges for unexpired period.
  11. 11. The contract is not transferable in event of resale / gift to any other person and no refund shall be given.
  12. 12. The equipment brought to the service center will remain there at customer risk and the company will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors beyond its control.
  13. 13. Damage to the product or any parts due to Transportation / Shifting is not covered under this contract.
  14. 14. Scope of these terms & conditions is to attend to breakdown calls (Technical failure, Part failure, sealed system leakages). Customer shall be required to intimate about such breakdown by getting complaint registered at LG Call Centre.
  15. 15. AMC includes two maintenance services for Air-conditioner per year. Customer shall be required lodge a request at LG call Centre to avail maintenance services. Jet Pump service shall be on chargeable basis, if requested by customer.
  16. 16. The AMC shall cover the following parts under the AMC contract.
    HA/AC Products: Compressor, Thermostat, Relay, OLP, Fan Motors, Timers, PCB, Heaters, Air dampers, Ice maker, temperature sensors, Evaporators, Condensers, Refrigerant charging, Driers, Capillary, Blowers, Fan Blade, Control box, Magnetron, Electrical switches, transformers (internal), Diodes, Capacitors, Wire harness, Wash & Spin motors, Gear box, Clutch Assy., Drum, Inner tub, Bellows, bearing & lip seal, Drain motor, Pump, Electrical valves, Buzzer, Suspension, Key Membrane, Remote-PCB.
    HE Products: Chassis, PCB, Tuner, Picture tube, LCD module, Electrical switches, PDP module, SMPS, FBT, Guns, Speakers, Capacitors, Diodes, Transformer, Transistors, IC, Remote-PCB.
  17. 17. Main liner crack, Doors, Bulbs, Remote rubber pad, stabilizers, consumables, and any damage to the aesthetical components shall not be covered under this contract.
  18. 18. Water Purifier (Comprehensive Plan): Only 1 time free replacement of all inside filters, i.e. Sediment & Pre Carbon/ Composite Filter, RO Membrane and Post Carbon/ Mineral Booster filter. Cover 03 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) including 3 time free replacement of Pre Filter Candle after every 4 month (03 time in 1 year). Any filter replacement apart from above mentioned condition will be on chargeable basis only. AMC shall cover attending to breakdown calls during the tenure of the contract. Electrical parts like Compressor (only for hot & cold model), Booster Pump, PCB, Sensors, Solenoid Valve, Low pressure switch, UV LED shall be covered under this AMC contract.
  19. 19. Water purifier (Without inside Filter plan): Cover 3 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) including replacement of Pre filter candle after every 4 months (03 Times in 1 year) and attending to breakdown calls during the tenure of the contract. This AMC shall cover Electrical parts under the AMC contract like Compressor (only for hot & cold model), Booster Pump, PCB, Sensors, Solenoid Valve, Low pressure switch, UV LED. However, repair/replacement of consumable (if found defective) like all inside filters shall be on chargeable basis.
  20. 20. Water purifier (Only Labor Plan): Cover 3 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) including replacement of Pre filter candle after every 4 months (03 time in 1 year) and attending to breakdown calls during the tenure of the contract. However, repair/replacement of spares/parts (if found defective), e,g. Electric Parts like Booster Pump, PCB, Sensors, Solenoid Valve, Low pressure switch, UV LED & consumables like all inside filters, gas (if applicable) shall be done on chargeable basis.
  21. 21. Water Purifier (Non RO Model) : Only 2 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) with pre filter candle replacement will be provided. Rest all coverage will be as per the opted AMC plan from above 3.
  22. 22. This contract does not include any kind of software support or installations. LGEIL shall not be responsible for damage to, or loss of, any programs, data or removable storage media including any consequential loss or damage.
  23. 23. All third party peripherals, whether purchased as a part of a system, or bundled with it, come with the prevailing agent’s Warranty, and LGEIL makes no warranty whatsoever on their behalf. E,g. USBs, Printers , UPS, etc .
  24. 24. This contract will not be valid for any item not supplied or certified from LGEIL and covers the base configuration only shipped from LGEIL Factory. Any Additions / Alterations to hardware will not form part of contract and will be chargeable to customer.
  25. 25. LGEIL will repair / replace any defective parts and correct any problems resulting from workmanship free of charge. LGEIL reserves the right to use reconditioned parts with performance parameters equal to those of new parts in connection with any services performed under LGEIL limited warranty. Defective parts needs to be submitted to LGEIL or Authorized Service Center and becomes property of LGEIL.
  26. 26. All disputes are subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts

  17. 17. Main liner crack, Doors, Bulbs, Remote rubber pad, stabilizers, consumables, and any damage to the aesthetical components shall not be covered under this contract.
  18. 18. Water Purifier (Comprehensive Plan): Only 1 time free replacement of all inside filters, i.e. Sediment & Pre Carbon/ Composite Filter, RO Membrane and Post Carbon/ Mineral Booster filter. Cover 03 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) including 3 time free replacement of Pre Filter Candle after every 4 month (03 time in 1 year). Any filter replacement apart from above mentioned condition will be on chargeable basis only. AMC shall cover attending to breakdown calls during the tenure of the contract. Electrical parts like Compressor (only for hot & cold model), Booster Pump, PCB, Sensors, Solenoid Valve, Low pressure switch, UV LED shall be covered under this AMC contract.

Water purifier (Without inside Filter plan): Cover 3 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) including replacement of Pre filter candle after every 4 months (03 Times in 1 year) and attending to breakdown calls during the tenure of the contract. This AMC shall cover Electrical parts under the AMC contract like Compressor (only for hot & cold model), Booster Pump, PCB, Sensors, Solenoid Valve, Low pressure switch, UV LED. However, repair/replacement of consumable (if found defective) like all inside filters shall be on chargeable basis.

Water purifier (Only Labor Plan): Cover 3 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) including replacement of Pre filter candle after every 4 months (03 time in 1 year) and attending to breakdown calls during the tenure of the contract. However, repair/replacement of spares/parts (if found defective), e,g. Electric Parts like Booster Pump, PCB, Sensors, Solenoid Valve, Low pressure switch, UV LED & consumables like all inside filters, gas (if applicable) shall be done on chargeable basis.
  21. 21. Water Purifier (Non RO Model) : Only 2 preventive maintenance visits (for Electrolysis Sterilization) with pre filter candle replacement will be provided. Rest all coverage will be as per the opted AMC plan from above 3.
  22. 22. This contract does not include any kind of software support or installations. LGEIL shall not be responsible for damage to, or loss of, any programs, data or removable storage media including any consequential loss or damage.
  23. 23. All third party peripherals, whether purchased as a part of a system, or bundled with it, come with the prevailing agent’s Warranty, and LGEIL makes no warranty whatsoever on their behalf. E,g. USBs, Printers , UPS, etc .
  24. 24. This contract will not be valid for any item not supplied or certified from LGEIL and covers the base configuration only shipped from LGEIL Factory. Any Additions / Alterations to hardware will not form part of contract and will be chargeable to customer.
  25. 25. LGEIL will repair / replace any defective parts and correct any problems resulting from workmanship free of charge. LGEIL reserves the right to use reconditioned parts with performance parameters equal to those of new parts in connection with any services performed under LGEIL limited warranty. Defective parts needs to be submitted to LGEIL or Authorized Service Center and becomes property of LGEIL.
  26. 26. All disputes are subject to exclusive Jurisdiction of New Delhi Courts
