Missing Color / Poor Color Quality

Ask customer to be precise about poor color quality concerns. What exactly?


Is customer experiencing same issues despite Video Picture Setting Preset?


MENU > PICTURE > Picture Mode have customer toggle between picture modes.


If Color or Tint settings have been altered accidentally. MENU > PICTURE > Picture Wizard


If unresolved, confirm poor color quality to be consistent regardless of video input source.


If only some or one video input source, how is it connected to television?


If component video, blue & red wires may have been inserted incorrectly. Re-adjust.


If component video, blue & red wires may have broken at terminal. Will need new cables.
