Inverter AC Standard Installation @ INR 1199 + GST T&C:

• Customer has to call LG CIC for registration on Toll Free No 1800 180 9999 / 18003159999 for Inv. AC Installation.
• Engineer will take appointment before reaching at Customer house and verified the Invoice details before Installation.
• SVC Engineer will tell to Customer about Installation charges @ INR 1199 + GST (inclusive of taxes) & collect copy of Invoice.
• This offer is valid only when installation done through LGC / ESC only.
• Offer is valid till 30th Sep 2021

2 Times Free Service T&C :

• Free Service policy is applicable for LG Air Conditioners invoiced to end customer.
• This offer entitles the customer to enjoy 2 Free Preventive Maintenance service calls within the one year warranty period.
• The customer needs to book a call with LG Customer Care on 1800-180-9999 or 1800-315-9999 to avail these Free Preventive Maintenance services.
• This offer is void if the product is opened/repaired/modified by any unauthorized service person/center and such a unit shall be declared as tampered. No further warranty shall be applicable on such Unit.
• This offer will automatically expire once the warranty period is over or 2 Free Services are availed (whichever condition is satisfied first)
• The company shall not be deemed to be in default for any delay in servicing / regulation of government, public movement, war performance or any unavoidable situation or force majeure etc.
• The company reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its sole discretion at any point of time.
• This offer is available only on Window Air Conditioners/Split Air Conditioners (applicable on Normal/ Inverter units)
• All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as per original warranty card of the product except of those covered above.
• All differences or disputes arising out of this offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.

Cools at 52°C T&C :

Tested in controlled laboratory setting, results may vary in actual use Testing done in psychometric chamber. Testing conditions are as follows –

• Outdoor Chamber Temperature: 52°Celsius
• Input Voltage: 230V(+/-2%)
• Indoor Fan Speed – High
• Standard Installation pipe length
• Rated Supply : Single Phase/Frequency 50Hz

Stabilizer Free Plus T&C :

• Stabilizer free Plus protects the vital components of machine from power fluctuations. With this function installing stabilizer becomes needless (120V~290V).If power fluctuation is beyond the limit mentioned then a stabilizer is required

Comparison of Inverter V/S Non Inverter Electricity Consumption Units T&C :

• Inverter AC unit consumption is as per BEE label
• All calculations are based on electricity consumption and power consumption under standard conditions.
• Inverter AC test conditions is in accordance with ISO 16358 & based on 1600 operating hours per annum.
• For Non Inverter AC the power consumption is calculated on the assumption of 80% compressor run time and 1920 operating hours per annum.
• For constant speed AC the power consumption is deduced based on the electricity consumption @ Rs. 7.0 assumption of 80% compressor run time.
• Data Comparison of competition is based on information provided in Product catalogue, online & other marketing material available in the market as on Nov 2016.
• Actual electricity consumption will depend on how the appliances being used.

Indoor Unit Installation:

• Marking & Fixing of indoor mounting plate on selected wall place.
• Fitment of Indoor unit onto the mount plate.
• Drilling of hole in normal wall for passage of piping (Copper Piping, Drain Hose and Power Cable) to Outdoor Unit.
• Power Cable routing from Indoor Unit to power socket.(Note: Customer to make sure availability of proper Power Socket/MCB).
• In case unit is to be connected to a Stabilizer, the same equipment needs to be provided by the customer for inspection and fitment after checking.

Outdoor Unit Installation:

• Selection of suitable place for placing Outdoor Unit.
• Mounting & Positioning of Outdoor Unit on rubber grommets at selected place.
• Routing of Copper Piping & Power Cable from Indoor Unit to Outdoor Unit.
• Connection of the standard Copper Piping & Power Cable between Indoor & Outdoor Units.
• Insulation/wrapping of Copper Piping & Power Cable using Vinyl Tape.
• Leakage & Vacuum Check of the installed unit.
• Running of unit for testing cooling performance and subsequent commissioning.
• Installation report filing and acknowledgement of the same from customer.

Exclusions:

• Any Institutional / B2B sales from any trade partner are NOT covered under this offer.
• NOT valid for any installation done directly by the trade partner. ( However Parties which have been authorised by LGEIL for installations &  having their own service set up will be authorised separately for these Inverter installations).
• If additional Copper Piping, Drain Pipe or Power Cable above the standard length is required, then the same will be provided at cost to the customer.
• If Outdoor Unit needs to be mounted on wall then additional Outdoor Bracket will be provided on chargeable basis.
• Any other fitting/fixture that the customer desires would be fixed on chargeable basis.
• Drilling (Core Cutting ) or Making hole in Roof & RCC for passage of Installation piping to be arranged by the customer.
• Glass Cutting or making hole in Glass for Passage of Installation Piping Customer to be arranged.
• For any additional work (other than those stated above in Inclusions) customer has to pay extra money based on site condition.

Same Day Installation:

• Installation call to be registered at the call center before 2 PM.
• Product must be available at the time of engineer visit.
• Applicable on Split Inverter Air Conditioner only.

5 Year Warranty On Multi Flow Condenser T&C :

• This offer entitles the customer to enjoy free of cost 4 year additional warranty on MF Condenser only.
• The MF Condenser of the AC shall be repaired / replaced during the additional warranty period as per company policy and company decision shall be final in such circumstances.
• The customer needs to provide original dealer invoice and duly filled coupon for claiming the additional warranty.
• Only filled & stamped original coupons are valid and acceptable.
• This offer is void if product is opened be unauthorized service person / center and the unit shall be declared as tampered. No further warranty shall be applicable on such Unit.
• This offer will automatically expire once the period is over due to lapse of time & is also non-transferable. This is applicable only for the first purchaser.
• The offer does not cover any kind of damage / breakage of the product nor does it include failure due to natural calamity like earthquake, cyclone, high voltage, natural pouring, wear & tear etc. and / or other factors specified in original warranty card.
• The company shall not be deemed to be in default for any delay in repairing due to non-availability of spares, restriction / regulation of government, public movement, war performance or any unavoidable situation or force majeure etc.
• The company reserves the right to withdraw this offer at its sole discretion at any point of time.
• This offer is available at selected LG outlets. Product also available without this offer.
• All other terms & conditions shall remain the same as per original warranty card of the product except of those covered above.
• All differences or disputes arising out of this offer are subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts at New Delhi.
• MF condenser & Gas charging is covered under additional warranty, customer to pay for service charges & transportation only
• Worth Value is the perceived value for the customer as per average price of condenser replacement.

4-in-1 Convertible Cooling:

• 4-in-1 Convertible Cooling feature refers to 4 levels of capacity utilisation basis user requirement in a LG Air Conditioner.
• A user can adjust the capacity utilization as: 100% (full capacity), 80%, 60% and 40% of the total capacity of the Air Conditioner. The feature can be used by pressing 4-in-1 key on Air Conditioner remote. Pressing the designated button once gives 100% capacity utilization, similarly pressing button 2, 3, 4 times, activates 80%, 60% and 40% of the capacity utilizations respectively.
• Default capacity for LG Air Conditioner is set to 100%.
• Eg for an AC with capacity x, the capacity utilized at various modes would be 1.0x, 0.8x, 0.6x and 0.4x.
• The above stated figures are based on tests conducted at standard conditions as directed by Bureau of Energy Efficiency (BEE), actual results may vary as per environmental condition & room size.

• PCB Warranty offer: 5 year warranty on PCB warranty is limited period offer. This extended 4 years warranty offer is on IDU (In Door Unit) & ODU (Out Door Unit) PCBA (PCB Assembly), & labor for repair for purchase from 1st Feb 2020 to 31st December 2022. Extended warranty will be applicable if all below conditions are met: AC installed by LG authorized service center only . For installation through LG Authorized Service center, Customer to contact LG CIC (1800 180 9999 / 1800 315 9999), The customer provides the original dealer invoice. The extended warranty will be null and void if: AC is installed by unauthorized personnel or third party, Damage is caused by improper usage or due to electrical supply / connection or misuse, This offer is not applicable on institutional sales, The PCBA shall be repaired or replaced during the extended warranty period as per the company policy. LGEIL decision shall be final as per the circumstances, In case of repairs or replacement of the PCBA, this warranty will thereafter continue subject to above condition and remain in force only for the unexpired period of the warranty, The customer needs to provide original dealer invoice for claiming the extended warranty, The customer is not entitled for extended warranty if the AC is not installed by LG Authorized Service Center as per the extended warranty process. In such circumstances, the complaint shall be treated as a normal complaint and not covered under this offer, This offer on the product is null & void if product is opened by unauthorized service person/center and the unit shall be declared as tampered with and no further warranty shall be applicable. This offer will automatically expire once the period is over due to lapse of time and is also non-transferable. This is applicable only for the first purchaser.
