TV- Skype- No/Low Audio


Skype audio issues usually occur from low volume on the TV itself.

Check the Volume

Take the LG remote and turn the volume up to an appropriate level.

It may be necessary to have the volume up to 30+ to be heard.

If there is now audio present, or the low audio problem was corrected, troubleshooting is complete.

Check the mic

Check the microphone on the other end of the call and clean any dust, dirt or grime off of it.

Check the other network applications

If your other applications are functioning properly and audio is present, you may need to contact Skype for further troubleshooting steps.
