Proximity Sensor Malfuntion :

Proximity sensor disables the LCD & touch screen, when phone is taken near the ear

for listening to call. This is implemented to save the power due to LCD use & also other

screen options do not get touched by your face e.g. Call Mute, hold etc.

Issue :

Some phones come with a protection film on the screen but some do not have it.

If a film is put on the screen, it should not cover the proximity sensor.

If sensor is covered, it might malfuntion, resulting in touch function not working during call.

Due to this a user may experince issue such as, Not able to receive call / Disconnect call etc

If such an issue is there in phone, then user should try to clean (If dirty) or remove (If Scratchy)

the protection film & check
