Causes and Symptoms
When the Internal Pipe Sterilization or Water Outlet Sterilization function is activated, hot water also flows through the filters, effectively sterilizing them.
The filters are located beneath the front cover.
The cover may also feel temporarily warm as hot water is circulated for 30-minutes during Internal Pipe Sterilization and for 10-minutes during Water Outlet Sterilization.
Moreover, since the internal flow passage of self-serviced water purifiers comprises stainless steel pipes, heat is transferred easily.
So, after dispensing hot water or initiating a sterilization function, the upper section of the purifier may feel warm.
Rest assured, this warmth is a normal aspect of the product's operation and does not indicate any malfunction.
