What People Are Saying

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great Monitor Great visual real estate, 24" is the way to go for desktop. Good contrast, excellent definition. Features access could be easier though. Go for it !*

Rated 4 out of 5 by from This is a very nice monitor, but the built-in menus are virtually unusable. The buttons are not physical, but touch-sensitive, and they sense my touch when my finger is a millimeter away from the surface. So I get double clicks when I don't want them. What makes this worse is a significant lag between activating a button and the screen reacting, so you touch a button, wonder what happened, then touch it again before it reacts. What makes it yes worse is that the buttons are tiny, badly placed, and very hard to see.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding moniter Out of the 4 monitors I have owned at home (two different brands) this is by far the best. The color reproduction is spot on. Pixel refresh is very fast. This is the first monitor that I have really enjoyed watching a movie on.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good monitor I thought at first I would have a problem with their not being any physical buttons. I have come to like using the IR buttons a lot and would rather have them than physical buttons. Nothing to wear out, as they are off when not in use. The picture is great, brightness and contrast are very good as well. If I had to complain, the only thing that is of any issue is the stand, don't get me wrong it is sturdy enough, but a bit wobbly, however I really don't notice it unless I bump my desk. Overall a great monitor.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent Monitor The quality and quantity of this monitor excells in every way. While it is a little pricey, it is well worth the money.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Large Screen The large screen is clear and easy to see for my poor vision.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good performance for the price A major upgrade from the 19 inch I had before. We now watch most of our movies on it and it has taken my gaming to a higher level. The image quality is great and the ability to switch style of viewing is handy. Cinema mode is a great innovation and makes watching YouTube videos and the like easier on the eye. However, the forteManager is a little random and sometimes needs to be reloaded to work. The touch sensitive buttons take some getting used to.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from OK Purchased a pair to use for photo editing. They work well once you get them set up, but getting them set up is a bear. Designers spent many a sleepless night figuring how to make them difficult. Once they are set up and working DON'T TOUCH ANYTHING!! Controls are visible from the front with a flashlight to see what they are, and from then on they're touch sensitive in a bewildering pattern. The very first thing is a new language with strange characters, and by guess and by golly you might be able to get back to English if you're lucky. Otherwise, shut it off and start over. If you need a good color match, use a monitor calibrator. If all you do is watch TV or surf the net, then enjoy, for once done you needn't mess with them any more. Once past their initial color, contrast, and brightness drifting, they seem to hold their calibration as well as anything I've used before. The size is good for detail work, and the companion monitor (with equal characteristics) shows many image thumbnails well. This means a greater amount of work in a shorter time with less effort. Overall, a good buy, but when replacement time comes I'll look more carefully at the set-up procedures.
