Premium Service includes professional installation requiring plumbing, gas or electrical work, performed by a third party licensed professional. will be reviewed with you before installation. Express Service includes basic installation connecting to existing electrical outlet(s), vents and water supply using connectors which are included with the appliance and excludes any alterations to your home, such as carpentry, plumbing, gas, or electrical work. You are responsible to ensure the home has the required utilities, connections, and parts (that are not included with your new appliance (e.g. wall mount bracket)) ready when the installation personnel arrive.  Haul-away is only available for the following residential appliances: refrigerators (36” wide or less), TV’s, washers, dryers, ranges, and dishwashers. The old appliance must be the same appliance type and in the same space as the new appliance being delivered. The old appliance must be clean on the outside, empty and disconnected from electricity, gas and/or water hookups. No obstacles can be in the path of removal including but not limited to furniture, narrow doorways or stairways, toys, pets, snow, ice, etc. LG will not disassemble Your old appliance prior to removal. Your old appliance will be recycled in accordance with applicable environmental guidelines. Other conditions apply.
