Still it just stops making ice and I must unplug refrigerator for a minute or so before plugging back in for it to start working again. Considering the cost of this product, it should perform better. My 9 y/o daughter can operate the ice and water, unlike our previous side by side (with some issues). Additionally, this model's ice output is a little less than we were used to, but the extra ice bin and the ability to increase the output ice production and store extra in the freezer solves our needs. I also enjoy the wifi connectivity, which lets me monitor the unit as well as turn extra ice production on and off from anywhere. We upgraded from a 22.6 cubic foot unit and are pleased with how much extra space this product has given us. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

I’ve had this fridge for almost 3 years now and haven’t had any problems, until the left door started sagging and it seam like the adjuster fell out or something because you can easily just lift it up and down and now because of that the seal on the door doesn’t engage. Hopefully LG has something I can do about it.

They do not clip in in the back and you cannot put food on them or they fall out. I called LG and it has been going on for months now. Lost all the food in it during this mess. had to replace all the food. They keep asking for my receipt different ways. They say the date is not on it so I highlight date and resend. They say model number is not on it so I highlight model number and resend. They keep making up reasons to deny my claim. saying invalid receipt. They have copies of my payment, my receipt, everything they ask for. Who would falsify needing fridge shelves. I do not need to stock pile fridge shelves just want mine to work. No matter what I send they will not accept it. The place I bought my fridge has printed the receipt in every format they can and it has all the information they ask for. Do not buy an LG refrigerator or any other LG product. Worst customer service I have ever had. We spent a lot of money to have a nice fridge and cannot even put our food in the fridge with our propping the shelves up with cups. Nice Job LG. I show my shelves to everyone that comes over.
