Interior moisture buildup
Doors are opened often or for long periods of time.	When doors are opened often for long periods of time, wam, humid air enters the compartment. This raises the temperature and moisture level, This raises the temperature and moisture level within the compartment. To lessen the efect, reduce the frequency and duration of door openings.

Weather is humid.	Humid weather allows additional moisture to enter the compartments when the doors are opened leading to condensation or frost. Maintaining a reasonable level of humidity in the home will help to control the amount of moisture that can enter the compartments.
Defrost cycle recently completed.	During the defrost cycle, the temperature of each compartment may raise slightly and condensation may form on the back wall. Wait 30 minutes and confirm that the proper temperature has been restored once the defrost cycle has completed.
Food is not packaged correctly.	Food stored uncovered or unwrapped, and damp containers can lead to moisture accumulation within each compartment. Wipe all containers dry and store food in sealed packaging to prevent condensation and frost.

Cause and Symptoms

Whenever air is prevented from properly circulating on account of frost buildup inside refrigerator and around cool air outlets, condensation will form and some moisture will trickle down the vegetable crisper turning to water.

Opening the refrigerator door frequently can cause frost to form.

Try this

Remove frost so that cool air can normally circulate by turning off power a few hours to thaw the inside. Then, wipe clean with a towel and plug refrigerator back into AC outlet.

NOTE There are cases that vegetable is drying in the crisper, because there is something blocking the air vent which preventing the fridge from circulating the cold air inside. We suggest to properly organize your food in the refrigerator making sure it does not block the vent area.
We also recommend to lessen the food stock on the refrigerator making sure its not over-filled with foods inside so the cold air can circulate well and that every part of the fridge is being covered. Also this will help your refrigerator to not overwork its cooling capacity.
