Is the refrigerator door lower?

Cause and Symptoms

Storing heavy items in the refrigerator door for a long period of time may impact door’s sturdiness on account of the weight and eventually gradually lower the door.

Try this

Level the product to fix the problem temporarily.

If this does not help solving the problem, contact LG Customer Service : Contact LG Canada
If the problem does not worsen, heighten the refrigerator front slightly.

Turn in direction arrow indicates to heighten the product.
