OE error code – Not draining

Dishwasher not draining or OE error code appearing in display window

Cause and Symptoms

• OE error indicates the drain system is malfunctioning.
• Please check that the filter is cleaned and the drain hose installed properly.

Try this

1. Please verify whether drain hose could be bent, kinked or frozen.
   
   
2. Ending of the drain hose should be 30 centimeters above the floor for proper draining.
3. If a drain hose is frozen, please fill a tub with warm water and thaw the machine for 30 minutes.
4. Foreign objects can clog the drain hose if the filter is not cleaned regularly. Please clean the filter.
