Combo Unit - How to Dry Only

Your LG Washer & Dryer combo unit has a slight difference in how this machine is designed to dry clothes compared to a standard dryer. Most combo models will automatically run a spin cycle before the dry function starts. This is important because the washer will attempt to extract as much water as possible from the clothing before active drying begins. This may add up to 14 additional minutes any time the dry setting is chosen.

To perform a dry only cycle

Press the power button to turn on the washer.
Press the dry button until the desired dry level or time is selected.
Press start.
