It has been observed since the launch of the G7ThinQ smartphone that even though Battery Percentage feature has been enabled respective icon does not get displayed on the status bar at the top of the screen.

Despite having enabled the Battery Percentage feature on your phone so that it figures at all times in the status bar at the top of the screen for quick reference at any given time, the icon goes missing.

Root cause is the screen display size. When the screen display size is set too large, not all icons will appear in the status bar.

If the customer believes Battery Percentage Icon appearing in the status bar to be primordially important than some screen display size concession needs to be addressed by reducing display size.

  1. Pull down notification panel
  2. Tap Settings (gear) icon at the very top right of the screen
  3. Select Display
  4. Select Display Size
  5. Move scale bar cursor at the bottom of the screen towards the left to reduce display size until battery percentage icon appears in status bar. There are truly only three (3) settings: Large – Medium – Small. Display size must be set to Small for Battery Percentage Icon to appear in status bar.
