(LG Best Care Plan)
This Terms and Conditions (“AMC”) is entered between LG Electronics India Limited (“LGEIL”) and the Customer (“You”) as specified on the invoice/receipt issued
by _______________. This AMC is for the maintenance of the product and shall be from the date of purchase. Under this AMC, LGEIL undertakes to maintain your
product used at the registered address, subject to terms and conditions mentioned hereinafter.
- The AMC shall be valid for a period as mentioned in the invoice.
- Acceptance/ renewal of AMC shall be at the sole discretion of LGEIL.

Renewal of the AMC after its expiry or after the expiry of the warranty period of the product, will be at the sole discretion of LGEIL and depending upon the
model / age of the product and usage period. The product must be in good working condition and the same to be certified by the authorised representative of
LGEIL, before this AMC becomes effective. The customer shall pay the necessary charges in the first instance for rendering the equipment so workable, for which
LGEIL will submit an estimate for approval. This clause does not apply if a AMC is renewed from the next day of date of termination of the warranty period or
previous AMC period.

In the event of any complaint, please quote your name, address and the contract number to the LGEIL’s call center only. In order to enable LGEIL to discharge
its obligation under this AMC, the customer shall notify in writing any change in his address. In default whereof, LGEIL shall not be obliged to perform its
obligations under this AMC till it receives such an intimation from the customer. In such an event the removal and re-installation of the Product / Attachment
will be done at an additional cost as per the rates prevailing on that date.

The AMC shall not cover repair/service under the following circumstances.

A. Damage caused to the product due to floods, fire, accident, riot, breakage, pest, misuse, improper or negligent use, tampering, and leakage from pipes
etc.
- B. Damage caused to the product due to failure to observe the operating instructions and precautions as mentioned in User's Manual
- C. Defects due to usage of non-recommended spares.
- D. Visits for customers re-training, for dismantling or for re-installation.
- E. Defects / Failures resulting from servicing / repairs done by a person other than the authorised representative of LGEIL.

F. With regard to repairing the existing worn-out / defective part(s) or replacing the same and ascertaining the presence of above circumstances, the
decision of LGEIL shall be final. In any such event, LGEIL will submit a prior estimate for approval or bill for the work carried out at the prevailing
rates
- In the event of the inability to provide services under this AMC due to non-availability of spares /parts, LGEIL’s depreciation policy shall apply.
- LGEIL or its authorised agents will be entitled to retain any defective parts replaced during this AMC.

While every effort shall be made to give preferential attention to emergency breakdown of the equipment, the LGEIL shall not be held responsible for any loss
arising.
- The AMC is neither terminable before the expiry period nor transferable in the event of resale / gift to any other person.

The equipment brought to the service center will remain there at customer risk and the LGEIL will not be responsible for any damages caused due to the factors
beyond its control.
- Damage to the product or any parts due to transportation / shifting is not covered under this AMC.

Scope of these terms & conditions is to attend to breakdown calls (Technical failure, Part failure, sealed system leakages). Customer shall be required to
intimate about such breakdown by getting complaint registered at LGEIL's Call Centre.

The AMC shall cover the following parts under the normal product warranty based on selected plan code
HA/AC Products:
Compressor, Thermostat, Relay, OLP, Fan Motors, Timers, PCB, Heaters, Air dampers, Ice maker, temperature sensors, Evaporators, Condensers, Refrigerant
charging, Driers, Capillary, Blowers, Fan Blade, Control box, Magnetron, Electrical switches, transformers (internal), Diodes, Capacitors, Wire harness, Wash
& Spin motors, Gear box, Clutch Assy., Drum, Inner tub, Bellows, bearing & lip seal, Drain motor, Pump, Electrical valves, Buzzer, Suspension, Key
Membrane, Remote-PCB.
HE Products:
Chassis, PCB, LCD module, Electrical switches, PDP module, SMPS, Speakers, Capacitors, Diodes, Transformer, Transistors, IC, Remote-PCB.

- Platinum Plan

Covers Labor + Parts + Gas( Sealed System) + Proactive Maintenance Visit / One time panel damage cover in TV category*
- Gold Plan
- Covers Labor + Parts + Gas ( Sealed System)
- Silver Plan

Cover Part failure only during this Plan code and Labor charges will be paid by customer as per LG Out Warranty Price list
- Bronze Plan

Cover only Labor during this Plan code and part charges will be paid by customer as per LG Price list (Gas charging only once in a year)
* Panel damage cover shall be applicable on Platinum Plan purchased after 19-09-2023

Main liner crack, Doors, Bulbs, Remote rubber pad, stabilizers, consumables, and any damage to the aesthetical components shall not be covered under this
contract.

This AMC does not include any kind of software support or installations. LGEIL shall not be responsible for damage to, or loss of, any programs, data or
removable storage media including any consequential loss or damage.

All third party peripherals, whether purchased as a part of a system, or bundled with it, come with the prevailing agent's warranty, and LGEIL makes no warranty
whatsoever on their behalf. E,g. USBs, Printers, UPS, etc.

This AMC will not be valid for any item not supplied or certified from LGEIL and covers the base configuration only shipped from LGEIL Factory. Any additions /
alterations to hardware will not form part of AMC and will be chargeable to customer.

LGEIL will repair / replace any defective parts and correct any problems resulting from workmanship free of charge. LGEIL reserves the right to use
reconditioned parts with performance parameters equal to those of new parts in connection with any services performed under LGEILs warranty. Defective parts
needs to be submitted to LGEIL or Authorized Service Center and becomes property of LGEIL.

LGEIL's liability under this AMC is limited to providing services and replacement of necessary parts as covered under this AMC. LGEIL will not be liable for
damages, death, injuries, health or any consequential damages of whatsoever nature to any person or property by use or operation of the product. Maximum
liability (direct and indirect) of LGEIL under this AMC will be limited to the amount paid by the customer for availing services under this Contract.
- Customer agrees that LGEIL may collect and process the data provided by the customer for the purpose of providing the services under this AMC.

The validity, interpretation and performance of this AMC shall be governed by the laws of India and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of
the courts of competent jurisdiction at Delhi
- Pricing, terms and conditions of this AMC are subject to change without any notice.
