This Promotion is only open to residents of the United Kingdom (Mainland) who are aged 18 years and over only who made a purchase on lg.com/uk between 19th August 2024 and 10th September 2024, and their order was subsequently cancelled.
Promotion Period
The Promotion will commence from 00:00 GMT on 30th October 2024 and will run until 23:59 GMT on 26th November 2024.
Eligibility
During the Promotion Period, customers who placed an order on lg.com/uk and subsequently had their orders cancelled between 19th August 2024 and 10th September 2024 are eligible to purchase the same product for the same price, reflecting any promotional discounts. Purchase is necessary only on www.lg.com/uk. Internet access and a valid email address is required for online purchases. Participants will need access to the internet to redeem this Promotion and any charges relating to this are between you and your internet service provider and are not the responsibility of the Promoter.

1. How to claim: The Promotion is only redeemable during the Promotion Period.
The process:
- The Participant must have made a purchase on lg.com/uk and their order cancelled by the Promoter between 19th August 2024 and 10th September 2024.
- Eligible Participants will be contacted through email by 31st October 2024 and will contain a URL that leads to a submission form where interest in this Promotion can be registered.
- If you believe you are eligible for this promotion but have not received the email by the specified date, you must contact Customer Services.
- The Participant must reach out to the Promoter’s Customer Service via the aforementioned form submission.
The information requested in this form is as follows:
- Full name
- Previous order number
- Email address
The Promoter may ask for additional information if the Participant cannot provide the above.
- If the product is in stock and the Participant has submitted the form; Participants will receive a coupon to use at checkout from the Customer Service team. For this instance, Participants will receive their coupon within 2 working days from submission.
- If the product is out of stock; the Customer Service team will provide a suitable alternative, which will be considered on a case-by-case basis and subject to availability.
- Coupons cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

3. The Participant is responsible for supplying the correct information in order to receive the benefit of this Promotion. The Promoter will not be held liable for non-delivery due to the provision of incorrect information.
4. If the Participant has not yet received their refund for the original purchase and does not want to partake in this promotion, they are still entitled to their refund.
In the event of a return, all products purchased in the multibuy must be returned together. The full amount will be credited to the original payment method. A partial return/refund is not possible under any circumstances.

6. This Promotion is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The Promotion cannot be redeemed for monetary value or for any other form of compensation. The Promotion cannot be applied to previously placed orders.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and to amend or withdraw this Promotion at any time.
8. The Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to extend or shorten the Promotion Period at any time.

The Promoter will not be responsible if the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, dishonesty, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion.
