Promotion Period:

 

The promotion is available from 00:01 BST 15 July 2026 to 23:59 BST 31 August 2026, subject to voucher availability.

 

 

Eligibility:

 

The promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom (UK) (England, Wales and Scotland) aged 18 and over.

 

 

Promotion:

 

Customers who purchase a qualifying LG TV (as listed below) through LG.com/uk during the Promotion Period will receive free movie rental vouchers by email within 72 hours after the order is delivered.

 

 

Cost:

 

Purchase is necessary via LG.com/uk. Internet access and a valid email address are required. Sign-in to an existing LG Account or registration for an LG Account is required to access the LG Movies & TV App. In order to use a voucher credit card details need to be registered, this is for verification purposes only and you will not be charged.

Eligibility

 

· This promotion is only open to residents of UK who are aged 18 and over, excluding anyone professionally associated with this Promotion.

 

 

Cost

 

· Purchase is necessary via LG.com/uk. Internet access and a valid email address are required for online purchases. Any charges relating to this are between the participant and internet service provider and are not the responsibility of the Promoter. Customers must sign into an existing LG Account or create a new LG account to access the LG Movies & TV App and redeem the vouchers. Account registration is free of charge. In order to use a voucher credit card details need to be registered, this is for verification purposes only and you will not be charged.

Nature of the Promotion and Voucher Allocation

 

 Upon purchase of a qualifying LG TV through LG.com/uk during the Promotion Period, participants will receive a number of free movie rental vouchers by email within 72 hours following delivery of the order to the email address associated with the purchase made. The number of vouchers received will depend on the model purchased, as follows:

 

• UHD TVs: 3 free movie rental vouchers
• MRGB & QNED TVs: 5 free movie rental vouchers
• OLED TVs: 10 free movie rental vouchers

 

 

Voucher Redemption

 

• Vouchers may only be redeemed within the LG Movies & TV app.
• Vouchers may only be redeemed against eligible movie rental titles with a rental value of £5.49 or less. Premium movie rental titles and any titles priced above £5.49 are excluded.
• Each voucher is valid for a single use only and may only be redeemed once.
• Only one voucher may be used per transaction and vouchers cannot be combined.
• To redeem a voucher follow these steps:
  • Step 1. Sign in to LG Movies & TV.
    • Open the LG Movies & TV app from your LG TV Home screen.
    • Go to Settings > Sign Up.
    • Select Device Sign In.
    • Sign in with or create an LG Account.
  • Step 2. Register Your Voucher.
    • Go to Settings > Add Voucher.
    • Select Voucher > Enter the voucher code you received.
    • * The voucher can be activated for use after you enter your credit card information. (You will not be charged for this transaction as this is for verification purposes only.)
  • Step 3. Redeem Your Voucher.
    • Select a movie rental title and choose “Rent” on the movie detail page.
    • Apply your registered voucher during checkout.

 

 

Voucher Value

 

• Each voucher is valid for one eligible movie rental title priced at up to £5.49.
• If the rental price of the selected title is less than £5.49, any unused value will be forfeited.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable and have no cash value.

 

 

Voucher Validity

 

• Vouchers must be registered and redeemed by 31 October 2026.
• Any voucher not registered and redeemed by 31 October 2026 will expire and become invalid.
• Expired vouchers will not be reissued, replaced, extended or exchanged

 

 

Data Protection

 

The Promoter acts as data controller as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”). Promoter agrees to comply with its obligations under the GDPR. All personal data supplied for this Promotion will be limited for the purposes of this Promotion as set out within these Terms and Conditions by the promoter and/or by any agent appointed by it to assist with running the Promotion and will not be disclosed to an unconnected third party unless the participant’s consent has been obtained. Personal data will be handled in accordance with the promoter’s privacy policy which is available at: https://www.lg.com/uk/privacy.

Marketing: unless you separately opt in, the Promoter will not use your competition entry details to send you marketing.

 

 

General

 

· Participants are responsible for any internet access, mobile data, or other charges they may incur in connection with participating in the Promotion and for redeeming the vouchers.

· Participants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information. The Promoter is not responsible where a participant fails to receive a voucher due to inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information provided by the participant.

· The Promoter is not responsible for any failure, delay, or inability to issue or redeem vouchers resulting from technical failures, system errors, network issues, or other circumstances beyond the Promoter's reasonable control.

· By participating in this Promotion, the participant will be deemed to have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.

· The Promoter reserves the right to suspend, cancel, withdraw or amend the Promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control (for example, serious technical failure), provided that it acts fairly and in accordance with applicable laws.

· The Promoter reserves the right to withhold vouchers, or disqualify participants where it reasonably believes a fraudulent activity has occurred.

· The Promoter is not be liable for any loss or damage in connection with the Promotion, except where caused by the Promoter’s negligence or where liability cannot be excluded by law. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes the Promoter’s liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

· Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects the participants statutory rights as a consumer.

· If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

· In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional materials relating to the Promotion, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.

· The Promotion and these Terms and Conditions are governed by English Law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. Participants irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with this Promotion.
