How to redeem your vouchers

 

You will receive your movie rental voucher codes by email once your TV has been delivered. 

Step 1

 

Sign in to LG Movies & TV

 

  • Open the LG Movies & TV app from your LG TV Home screen.
  • Go to Settings > Sign Up.
  • Select Device Sign In.
  • Sign in with or create an LG Account.

Step 2

 

Register Your Voucher

 

  • Go to Settings > Add Voucher.
  • Select Voucher > Enter the voucher code you received.
  • * The voucher can be activated for use after you enter your credit card information. (You will not be charged for this transaction as this is for verification purposes only.)

Step 3

 

Redeem Your Voucher

 

  • Select a movie rental title and choose “Rent” on the movie detail page.
  • Apply your registered voucher during checkout.
  • * All coupons are valid until 31/10/2026, and as this is a rental product, watching is limited to 48 hours from the moment of playing the movie.

How do I receive my voucher?

A.

Your voucher codes will be provided via email after purchasing an eligible LG TV through LG.com/uk during the Promotion Period, the email will be sent within 72 hours after the order is delivered.

How do I register my voucher?

A.

Open the LG Movies & TV app on your LG TV, create or sign in to your account, then go to:
Settings → Add voucher and enter your voucher code.

Q.

Can I use the voucher on any movie?

A.

The voucher can be used on eligible rental movies priced up to £5.49. Premium new releases are excluded.

Q.

When does my voucher expire?

A.

All vouchers must be registered and redeemed by 31 October 2026.

Can I use multiple vouchers in one transaction?

A.

No. Only one voucher can be used per rental transaction.
