If there is no sound coming from the TV even after following the above instructions, check if the sound driver is properly installed.

If you are still unable to hear any sound from your TV after trying the above method, you may need to reinstall the sound driver.
Installing the sound driver (only for LG products)
① When purchasing an LG product for the first time, you should run the LG Update Center if it includes Windows or the LG DnA Center Plus program if it doesn't include Windows.
Then install the OSD program and touchpad driver.
② If you are unable to locate the LG Update Center or the LG DnA Center Plus program, you can access the LG Electronics website's download library and select the product from the [IT/Monitor] category.
From there, you can enter the model name to find and download the appropriate program.
After selecting the appropriate product and entering the model name, choose the corresponding Windows version from the [Operating System (OS)] category.
Once you have done this, you can proceed to install either the LG Update Center or the LG DnA Center Plus program.
