Rated 1 out of 5 by from Yet another bootloop I bought this phone on my wife's recommendation after she had the same for 6 months. And she was right - it was a great phone. Her phone went into bootloop a year later and fortunately got repaired under warranty. Mine went the same way about 18 months after I bought it (so still covered by the 2 year warranty) and the LG repair agents HAD THE NERVE TO CLAIM IT WAS WATER DAMAGED. How curious that the "water damage" made it behave just like the bootloop problem reported here and elsewhere. Now I have to pay €24 just to get the broken phone/brick sent back to me.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from bootloop All the Nexus 5x phones and a lot of LG phones have bootloop problem. I don't trust LG anymore.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Horrible device This phone has massive issues regarding bootloop failure that LG has not addressed. Would not buy any LG product again due to the clear lack of concern from the manufacturer.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awesome device.. but only for 12 months excellent device like flagship but wont last long. bootloop is a major issue and unlike apple, LG is not showing concern about the loop issue. i guess it was my last phone with LG/ Google.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Do not buy this phone - totally unreliable! I bought the Nexus 5X just over 2 years ago. It generally served me well until around 4 months ago when it spontaneously stopped working. It was still under warranty, so I sent if off to LG for repair (the whole process took around 2 weeks). Now it has just died on me again. Phoned up LG just now and they say the warranty on the new part only lasts 3 months, so I have to buy a new phone. Message: do not buy this phone as it is totally unreliable!
