[LG TV Initialization] Resetting the product to the factory default state

Try this

Select [Initialization Settings] in the TV Settings menu.

➔ Open the TV Settings menu and select the menu items as instructed below.

Running [Initialization Settings] in the Settings menu

[2022 WebOS22], [2021 WebOS6.0]

Press the button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [System] → [Reset to Initial settings].

Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

1. Select [General] and then [System].

2. Select [Reset to Initial settings].

3. Confirm [Reset to Initial settings] to start the initialization.

[2020 WebOS 5.0]

Press the button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [Support] → [Reset to Initial settings].

Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

1. Select [Support] and then [Reset to Initial settings].

2. Confirm [Reset to Initial settings] to start the initialization.

[2019 WebOS 4.5 or before]

Press the button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [Reset to Initial settings].

1. Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.

2. Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

3. Select [Reset to Initial settings] in [General].

4. Confirm [Reset to Initial settings] to start the initialization.
