What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Front stand legs broke I was completely happy with this product however yesterday I came home to find the legs had given way after a year and the TV had smashed onto the floor. I see from the last review exactly the same has happened to other people. We have no pets or children so this is a fault with the light weight plastic feet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Faulty Stands! Brought this TV 9 months ago, overnight the stand has snapped causing the TV to fall over. There have been multiple reports of this happening on this model TV. LG will claim the customer has caused the fault themselves even though the reported stands have broken in the same place.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Initial thoughts - Great Only got the TV yesterday and found it quite easy to set up I am really impressed with the quality and features. Better with a sound bar but not critical. Using wifi to connect to my computer files needs some software installing on your PC but overall works well.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great tv with the wow factor I’ve had this tv since just before Xmas and I’m well impressed firstly there is a slot for the Freesat aerial (which I didn’t know before purchase) so there’s no need for the Freesat box, the picture is perfect the colours are very vibrant and fresh, and with the press of the button on the remote I can access Netflix and Amazon tv, but press the home button and you can access Nowtv, itv player, bbc iPlayer to name a few after you’ve set up the apps, although the sound is good I purchased an LG soundbar to go with it, which can be set up with no wires using LG sync, so now the sound is perfect, I also have my Nintendo Switch set up on my LG tv too and it’s great on it, just so anyone knows, who buys this, is a bit of a technophobe it’s so easy to set up with onscreen help provided so also the internet is very easy to use on this tv, there are only a couple of very small downsides that are the stands it comes with don’t seem very stable ( but I’ve had no problems with them) and also although it comes with a perfectly useable remote I purchased the magic remote separately (I find this one better and easier to use) I would have preferred it to come with the magic remote. All in all one outstanding tv I’m well impressed with it, but then again I have found that LG products are very user friendly and so easy to use (we bought one of the first 50” LG TVs back in 2005 and that tv is still going strong today and we never had a problem with it, we only updated it with this tv because I wanted a smart tv)
