I bought this soundbar with subwoofer 2 years ago. was working great until few weeks ago. the soundbar is still working but it doesnt get paired with the subwoofer anymore, it is devastating. the green light on the subwoofer keeps flashing but doesnt get paired even though i tried all the instructions that i found on the internet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Choppy an stuttering bluetooth Having experienced this model for over a year now. I have experienced a variety of stuttering and choppy audio using BLUETOOTH. Initially i believed it to possible be the devices i was connecting, from windows 10 laptops to imac pro to iphone/ipad and android mobile devices. If any device is more than 1mtre away from the device, this issue become really apparent (all devices powered. Initially i thought it might be bluetooth drivers on each device after a couple of months research it would seem its purely down to the LG device itself. This may well be a one off, but considering the working range line of sight of a bluetooth connection is approx 100mtres it seems a little odd that the best set-up for streaming audio is around half a metre away from the device. Could find anything on the forums of technical pages of the LG site. Ill jsut put this down to poor purchasing choice i have over 10 lg devices TV, soundbars etc and this is the only model to let me down

Rated 1 out of 5 by from overall dissapointed with this product i am really dissapointed in this product.after buying my soundbar i found that how many times i adjusted the settings it just didnt sound right on normal television it sounds somewhat distorted and even on films the sound goes between loud and soft and voices are hard to understand even when using for music with bluetooth on i find the sound poor (sounds better on my desktop computer with standard speakers) its a pity that the shop (currys) dont have a sound room so you can hear before purchase and i could have saved my money.
