What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Good picture quality but wi-fi stability is awful Very nice sharp picture, although dark scenes can be a little too dark and indistinct. Wi-fi is simply awful. Disconnects randomly, buffers when it should not, sometimes reconnects automatically whilst other times I have to re-enter my network details. Really would not recommend this product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from 43UJ701V I do not understand what you did with your firmware updates but at least with update 04.70.55 the TV is pure GARBAGE. HDR Gaming is destroyed. Too dark, looks worse than ever before. 4K Gaming, also a joke. Everything is blurry, soft or muddy. Stay away from LG products if you game. They have completely destroyed Game Mode, both in normal and HDR mode...

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good picture, frustrating recordings and TV Guide There are a lot of positives going for the TV. Picture quality is superb. HD looks better, and the BBC World Cup coverage in 4K via iPlayer is great too. The web-enabled aspects of the TV are also good. On the downside are a couple of quibbles. First, when a program starts to record, you can't watch another program, unless you switch inputs. e.g. If you are watching (and recording) Satnav, we must switch to our Humax set-top box to continue watching a program. That takes time. Secondly. the TV Guide is a pain. Click Guide to enter it, you can't press Guide (or the Back button) top return to Live TV. You also can't select the program you want with one click, you have to select the program's icon, and then select Watch. Why?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A great improvement over my last television. I purchased this in March through Amazon, very easy to set up and delighted with the clarity of the picture and intensity of the colours. I seem to have come out of the dark ages and into the light.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful TV This is the worst TV I have ever owned or bought. The remote control is diabolical to use and often selects the wrong thing. You cannot swap between Freeview and Freesat easily. The guide is a terrible long winded procedure. The volume has to constantly be adjusted each time another channel is selected. (This did not happen on my last Panasonic TV) It was a very expensive purchase for me, and one I really regret. Will have to save hard and get a new set as soon as possible. Another problem is the sound bar keeps dropping out and I have no audio. To rectify this I have to turn off the sound bar, turn on again and push the optical button to connect. My advice is do not buy this product.
