Delivery of customised LG Objet Collection® order is dependent on stock availability of the product and colour panels at time of purchase. If you select standard colour options as indicated on the product pages, estimated shipping timing will be within 1 week from the purchase date. Estimated shipping for customised order with colour panels and product in stock is up to 4 weeks from purchase date. Colour panels or products that are out of stock will be indicated as not available on the website and you will not be able to add the item to your cart. Unfortunately, only same finish will be available to match, however there is a selection of colours within each of the finishes to build your Objet Collection® product to match your taste.

There are total 7 colours available. 3 Colours for Stainless Finish and 4 Colours for Mist Glass.

If you change your mind after purchase, please refer to the ‘Change of mind’ condition from LG Terms and Conditions of Sale available at https://www.lg.com/au/terms-and-conditions-of-sale for cancelation windows and ‘Change of mind’ policy.

A) If you select customised colour option at initial purchase, LG will fit the selected colour panels to your Objet Collection® appliance prior to shipping. You do not have to do anything. B) If you would like to change the colour panels of your existing Objet Collection® appliance in the future, you will need to arrange for an LG Authorised Service Agent to fit the new colour panels. LG does not recommend self-installation of the panels. C) Please contact LG Customer Care for quotes on colour panels and cost of panel fit service using an LG Authorised Service Agent. Colour panels are available for purchase via LG Online Store and you will need to arrange for an LG Authorised Service Agent to fit the new colour panels onto your existing Objet Collection® appliance. Service fees apply for the panel fit service. B) LG does not recommend self-installation of the new colour panels and is not responsible for any damages/product faults directly or indirectly resulted from the self-change. LG does not provide sample/swatch of the Objet Collection®. However, you will be able to simulate your desired custom colour options at LG Objet Collection® Virtual Experience Zone. A) For the appliance exterior, use a clean sponge or soft cloth and a mild detergent in warm water. Do not use abrasive or harsh cleaners. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not use contaminated cloths when cleaning the stainless steel doors. Always use a dedicated cloth and wipe in the same direction as the grain. This helps reduce surface staining and tarnishing. B) Please refer to the Owner’s Manual for more detailed cleaning guide for your LG Objet Collection® product.
