Rated 5 out of 5 by from What's not to love about this phone? My LG V50 ThinQ is singlehandedly the best phone I have ever handled. It's Snapdragon 855 with 6GB of ram makes the phone extremely snappy and responsive. I have never experienced any sort of lag whatsoever, unlike some other flagships. The fingerprint sensor is phenomenal, with a simple tap unlocking the phone, and it being able to recognise my finger even when coated with oil. The cameras have amazing colour range, with good HDR and a crazy wide angled lense. The dual screen attachment allows me to talk to my friends and play games at the same time, which is very useful. All in all, this phone has it all, and would definitely recommend to someone who is looking for a good flagship.

The camera capabilities alone are so fantastic - so many creative ways to capture the perfect photo - portrait mode is my personal fave ! The dual screens are super handy - when I first got this phone I didn't think I would use that feature much - but I use it all the time , it's awesome to open another screen and be able to view both rather than opening multiple windows and flip back and forth ! Ample storage as well - which is great because I take ALOT of photos ! Would highly recommend this phone to anyone - its absolutely awesome !

Super happy with my purchase - first phone you can actually easily multitask on, cameras are almost professional level and offer so many features across all 5. You will have to prepare for a lot of people on to look and ask about your phone though - the screen is so nice aswell with what i would describe as a real life feeling due to its frame rate, responsiveness and smoothness. Finger print scanner also basically instantaneous on touch which is a plus after having to use face unlock which never worked on my last phone

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Phone, great. Cover, meh I won this phone a few months ago and it is awesome. Feels good in my hand, a bit to big for my liking but still usable. It runs well, screen looks good. The duel screen/cover. hmmm. I took it off after about 20 minutes. I didn't have any use for the second screen, and flipping it open every time to see the main screen became annoying. If there was a preview screen on the outside of the cover it would be great. But a bit hard to do I would imagine. Also the second screen does not lay flat when open so pressing on the second screen makes it rock which is annoying to type with. Other than that it works well and I wish I had more reason to use the second screen.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Double the screen, half the time! Trust me, i didn't know I needed an extra screen for my phone EITHER! Since using this phone I am amazed at what LG can do! I never knew I really needed an extra screen for my phone, matter of fact I found it a little crazy! But having 2 screens cuts down your task time by HALF! Simple math right!? Gone are the days where I needed to toggle between sites or open my laptop to pay bills, price compare items, edit and send photos (and I am talking some seriously flawless photos) and study and FB scroll! So if you have ever self-declared yourself as 'unable to multi-task...then THEN TRY THIS PHONE! I can guarantee, that in this complex world we live, the LG ThinQ Dual screen will make your life 1000x easier!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from The reviews have it all wrong!! I was hesitant to purchase after reading some of the negative reviews on the phone, however, I believe they have it all wrong!! The device is fast (as you'd expect from the Snapdragon 855 chipset), screen is clear, interface is very easy to use and customise, battery life is fantastic (I use it all day long and go to bed with 40% still remaining), and best of all, the unique dual screen makes multitasking a breeze; I can be on the phone, researching 2 different websites, or writing an essay with the information open on the other screen, or even have a game running on one screen while I reply to emails on the other. Best of all, if I don't want the bulk of the second screen I just pop it out and can use the main device as you would any other phone. My only feedback to LG would be that the dual screen attachment should have had a second screen on the outside, so when closed, you could use the phone without needing to open it up. I don't think it would have been a difficult option to do, and I would gladly have paid more with this feature. Maybe a new accessory could be offered for purchase that has a screen on the outside? Highly recommend this phone for anyone wanting a device that is smooth to use, refined, looks great or needs something that allows you to multi-task like a pro!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Most underrated phone Such a great phone, I love my music so I started with htc phones then I switched to Samsung which weren't impressive for music through headphones, when I heard about the v30 with quad dac I bought it and it has been a great issue free phone, now I purchase the v50 and it is amazing the screen the cameras and the sound quality are all great,simple things like the double tap to wake, quad dac etc are all reasons why I stuck with lg again

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Dual screen when it suits you I've been using my V50+ for about 2months and I'm very impressed. I was happy with my V30+ but this one is more snappy with a sharper screen. All of that you expect when you update to the latest handset but the most impressive part is the dual screen case. Mon-Fri I use dual screen case which allows me to complete emails and assessments whilst displaying source data on second screen. Sat-Sun I remove the case and have a slim phone that tucks into jeans pocket with ease. Only thing to watch here is that the glass is very slippery so I use a spigen case on the weekends.
