The AI remote control is a remote control that allows you to operate the TV more conveniently like a PC mouse and uses smart functions such as voice recognition and motion movements.
To use the AI remote control, check if there is anything around the TV that is interfering with the radio wave and make sure that the AI remote control is registered on the TV.
Check if the LED on the front of the AI remote control turns on when you press a button on the AI remote control.
If the LED does not light up, replace the battery of the remote control. (Replace two batteries at once)

Are there internet wireless routers or internet phones around the TV?
→ If electronic devices are too close to the TV, they may interfere with radio frequency and the AI remote control may be disconnected.
If the wireless router is placed on the left side of the TV, place it at a distance of at least 20cm to the right.
Is the AI remote control registered to the TV?
→ If the pointer does not appear on the screen even after shaking the AI remote control or pressing the wheel button, the connection between the remote control and the TV may have been lost.
Please register the AI remote control to the TV.

→ Reset the AI remote control and try to re-register.
How to reset an AI remote control
If the power button light blinks 3 times when pressing the [Back] and [Home] buttons on the AI remote control together for 5 seconds or more, the AI remote control will be de-registered.
① Each type of AI remote control has different ways to reset, so check the user guide for each product
② If you have de-registered the AI remote control successfully, register it again by pressing the wheel button.
② Press the [wheel] button to register the remote control to the TV
