If you can’t enter the pairing mode or perform a factory reset when the earbuds are in the case, check the following options.
1. Check if Plug & Wireless is turned on.
To stay connected, you can’t enter the pairing mode or perform a factory reset with a long press if Plug & Wireless is turned on.
Please try again after turning off Plug & Wireless.
2. Touch the touchpad of your earbud again or close and open the case, then try again.
3. Update your software to the latest version.
