How to fix

Please check whether door is left open even slightly ajar when power is on but drum will not engage rotation.

Check whether door is open
Please check whether CHILD LOCK feature might have been inadvertently activated by accident which would explain power "on" however drum not engaging rotation.

Failure to produce positive results Should all above troubleshooting tip have failed to produce positive results and the unfortunate situation still persists, then we have no other alternative than acknowledge a mechanical or electronic fault with the product.
