Battery optimization whitelist
Function
You may add apps to be exempted from a subset of Doze and App Standby restrictions.
You can only remove apps you have added from the whitelist.
Some system critical apps/services will be automatically whitelisted and appear here.
To access the settings menu:
1. From the home screen tap Apps > Settings > Battery > Menu icon (upper right) >
Battery optimization.
2. Tap the drop down and select All apps. Select the app you want to whitelist and select
“Don’t optimize”, then DONE to set.
