Rated 1 out of 5 by from 1 star is way too good! I got this phone when I had switched to Sprint n got it at a promotion price. I now feel like I was suckered into the LG G4. It's an awful phone during a 2 year period between my husband my son and I we went through 5 phones in which all 5 the Motherboards had to have been replaced and thank goodness the 2 years was up because the motherboard still died. I say if you come across this phone or the LG G5 pass on both they weren't made to last ( I get phones aren't made to last, but at least made to last money wise it wasn't even worth that)! My mom had the LG G5 and she had to have her phone replaced 3 times in 1 year for the same thing. Get it together LG! I called the company several times and emailed and never got a response.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Unreliable Phone I bought this phone in Jan. 2017. I'm fine with its features and performance in general. However, this phone has a weak reception for the carrier signal. It often drops calls or doesn't get signal within the city where other phones brands would pickup the signal with the same carrier. This was a great inconvenience for me as I lose ability to make or receive calls in some parts of the city or inside a building. recently since Oct. 2018, and after being out of warranty, I started getting split screen where the right half moves up. this seems a common issue with this phone as I found on the internet. For the amount of money paid for this phone, it is so sad to see it not lasting for even 2 years. I contacted LG, but said it was out of warranty after 18 months of purchase and I have to pay for repair and shipping. This is a known issue for this phone and LG should have a recall for it.

But no Nougat update for this previous flagship is disappointing and losing confidence in buying flagship model from LG in future.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not happy at first I think I had to return the phone 3 times within the first 6 months because the phone kept freezing and I could not get it to turn on again. Something to do with the motherboard. After those 3 times it hasn't happened again or I probably would have thrown it out the window. So apart from that the phone isn't too bad. And of course it's a discontinued model which is what you get I guess when you want a cheap plan for seniors. They give you old cheaper stock.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Crashes and gets very hot Had this phone for 2 years now, but after 9 months it started getting very hot whenever I would be calling someone or watching a video or google maps. After a year of having this phone it would crash and have 0% battery power when ever I would turn on the data and open an app.
