Menu (settings) → Customer support (red button on the remote control) → Product service information
- Netcast (2011~2013, 2014년 UB82,83 / LB58 ) :
Home → Settings → Customer support (question mark at the bottom of screen) → Product service information
- WebOS (after 2014) :
Home → Settings → Advanced settings → General → Customer support
