LG Standard Delivery
LG Standard Delivery takes care of your essential setup needs, including unboxing, room placement, and standard connections. Unlike LG Express Delivery, specialized add-on services—such as laundry stacking kits or pedestal installations—are not automatically included. If you need these secondary setups, or more complex, technical installations like dishwasher installation and gas appliance connections, simply select your desired add-on services or upgrade to Pro Installation at checkout.

What is LG Express Delivery?
LG Express is LG's expedited delivery service available in the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) and Greater Vancouver Area (GVA). Customers can select a delivery date as early as the next business day using the delivery calendar displayed on the product buying page during checkout.
What delivery option is available outside the GTA and GVA?
Customers located outside the GTA and GVA will receive LG Standard Delivery.
How do I choose my delivery date?
For both LG Express and LG Standard Delivery, you will be asked during checkout to select your preferred delivery date using the delivery calendar displayed on the product buying page. Available delivery dates are determined based on your location. Next-business-day delivery options may be available for customers located in the GTA and GVA.
What are delivery add-on services?
Delivery add-on services are optional services available for selected product categories. Some add-ons are provided free of charge, while others require an additional fee. Available options and pricing will be displayed during checkout.
Can I add or change delivery add-on services after placing my order?
Modification availability depends on your order status and shipping timeline. Once your confirmation call is completed, any further modifications depend heavily on your shipping status and may not be guaranteed.

What happens if I purchase LG Pro Installation with a pre-order or future inventory item?
