What People Are Saying

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Repeatedly breaks I’ve had this refrigerator for 5 years. In that time, I’ve had to have it repaired 11 times for either it not cooling/freezing or the ice maker breaks. Horrible quality. I will never buy another LG refrigerator again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Poor Service Network, Expensive to Own LG lists 3 repair outfits for my zip but only 1 will service my area. They want to sell the unit but, there is not much interest in servicing them. Have owned the unit for 5.25 years and it went kaput over a month ago due to design deficiency. It seems the components are incompatible with the gas used and the refrigerant tubing is corroding internally. We are still without a working refrigerator for over 1 month. 1000's of these defective units out there. At this rate, the cost of the unit coupled with the cost of repair, is averaging about $725/year to own this unit. This product does not meet the definition of a durable good.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Garbage OK, it's now 6 years old and it is dead again, not cooling - again. It's big and it's bright inside due to the LED lights, but the ice maker makes so little ice it's a joke and I have lost track of the repairs. At least half a dozen by service people and at least a dozen times by myself defrosting the freezer and replacing the fans. Should never have gotten rid of the old unit!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best Refrigerator Ever Made! This LG Mega Capacity refrigerator is amazing. Spacious interior with a place for everything including butter and cheese. Tall bottles are easily accommodated with fold back adjustable shelves. Large lower freezer space has three slide out drawers for better organization of frozen foods. I would recommend this LG model above any other make or model out there. Definitely my favorite appliance of all time! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.]

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Performance I bought my unit in 2013 and haven’t considered any other refrigerators since! It has performed impeccably, not to mention that there’s space for EVERYTHING. The freezer allows me to really utilize my upright freezer much more efficiently. Rated 1 out of 5 by from LG Refrigerator/Freezer This LG LFX33975ST Refrigerator/Freezer is garbage. I purchased it in 2013 and had problems around the end of 2017 and now have problems again in February 2019 with the refrigerator not cooling. I will never buy another LG product. I have LG Washer and Dryer also. The Washer and Dryer are not worth the money either.
