Disabling DEMO mode on CURRENT webOS SMART TV MODELS (webOS6.0)
On the TV Settings go to
General
→
Devices
→
TV Home/Store Mode
Here you can choose between
Home Mode and
Store Mode.
To use the TV at home, select
Home Mode.
Note: Select Store Mode. ONLY when the TV is meant to be displayed in a store environment. Store Mode. provides settings and looping features' advantages & benefits optimized for in-store display
VINTAGE webOS SMART TV MODELS (prior to 2021)
For customers running a newer webOS Smart TV model for which DEMO mode has been activated, accidentally or not, disabling feature is done by following these steps:

Click Settings button on remote controller

Click More Settings icon at the bottom right of the screen

Access the GENERAL menu

Scroll down to the very last option from the list

Change settings from Store Mode to Home Mode
NON-webOS SMART TV MODELS (NETCAST)

❶ Concerns about television operating in demonstration mode looping TV features on screen?

❷ Press HOME button on remote controller. to access the Play Music screen.

❸ For 2011 Smart TV products, select SETUP button underneath Live TV card, press ENTER.

❹ TV On-Screen Display will appear.

❺ Through the use of arrows ( ↑ ) or ( ↓ ) select OPTION menu then press arrow ( → )

❻ Concerns about television operating in demonstration mode looping TV features on screen? Through the use of arrows ( ↑ ) or ( ↓ ) select Mode Setting then press arrow ENTER.
