HDTV video lag is usually exclusive to those who use game consoles. Video lag is a lack of an instantaneous response to an action (usually game controls) on the TV screen. In most cases, video gaming lag can be minimized or resolved by simple troubleshooting. Refer to the game console user information for additional information on avoiding video lag.
To reduce the image processing time, set the game console to output the same resolution as the TV. Both the video mode and sound mode can influence the amount of video lag experienced by game consoles. Setting these to Game mode can reduce the video lag.
Press the Smart button on the remote control and select Settings > PICTURE > Picture Mode, then press WHEEL or ENTER.
Set this to Game, select Close, then press WHEEL or ENTER.
Select Settings >SOUND > Sound Mode, then press WHEEL or ENTER.
Select the Game option, select Close, then press WHEEL or ENTER.
If the video lag issue is not resolved by making these changes, proceed to Advanced Settings.
Some advanced picture and sound settings may resolve the video lag. Try changing the menu settings, then test the effect on video lag reduction.
