Disabling Demo Mode option on refrigerator

Demo Mode is a feature allowing retailer to demonstrate product without sealed system running. The Display mode disables all cooling the refrigerator and freezer to conserve energy while on display in a retail store. When activated OFF will display on the control panel and the display will remain on for 20 seconds.

To deactivate / activate

With either refrigerator door opened, press and hold the Refrigerator and Ice Plus buttons at the same time for five seconds. The control panel will beep and the temperature settings will display to confirm that Display Mode.

Demo Mode Facts

Enabling/Disabling feature is done by pressing & holding same button combination.
On most models: press & hold Refrigerator and Ice Plus buttons simultaneously 5~7 seconds.
Control panel will cycle through each item on the display panel, flashing, displaying features.
Repeat the same steps as in number 3 to disable Demo Mode.
Non-Digital Internal Control Panel Models: press & hold Ice Plus and Adjust buttons.
Digital Internal Control Panel Models: press Warmer button until warmest setting reached then press & hold Warmer button 5~7 seconds to enable/disable. “ Off ” will display when disabled.
“WeatherPlus” Models: press & hold Child lock button until feature is activated, then press & hold Temperature and Child Lock buttons 5~7 seconds to enable/disable Mode.
