Troubleshooting nature of noise

Total silence from any electrical appliances would be absolutely blissful.
Unfortunately during the course of operation some sounds might be perceived.
Should customer express concerns over a particular sounding noise, troubleshoot per following.
If the explanation does not ease customer’s mind as noise considered unreasonable and loud then dispatching service would be justifiable.
