Does refrigerator produce clanking noise?

Cause and Symptoms

When a refrigerator is not properly levelled with a slight inclination towards the back to facilitate door easily closing, pipes at the back can rub against other metal parts generating clanking noises from the vibration.

Try this

Slightly elevate the front of the refrigerator when leveling the refrigerator.

If the refrigerator makes a loud metallic noise, contact LG customer service.
