Cause and Symptoms

The washing machine will assess weight of laundry in the tub through sensors by rotating the motor before washing in order to determine adequate water volume required for this particular wash load.

When assessment is completed both washing time and water level will be automatically set.

Try this

Please be patient and wait a moment. It is not a product defect but merely normal operation meant at optimizing the cleaning performance of the appliance.
