Display lights do not work

If your air conditioner is responding to adjustments made on the control panel or the remote but does not have lights on the display, power off your air conditioner and unplug it. Leave the unit unplugged for 10 seconds, allowing it to reset. Plug the air conditioner back in to see if the display lights work.

If the lights are still not working after a reset, service will be required.

Room air conditioner, whether window type or portable, are considered CARRY-IN products. if any repair service is required, you can find the Nearest authorized LG service centre depot near your residence or CHAT LIVE with an LG customer information center representative to explore your options.
