UNRESPONSIVE APPLICATION ISSUE
Purchased App simply not working
1. Purchased apps found to be unresponsive and/or unusable.
How to fix
1. If and when a 3rd party app is determined unusable and simply impossible to run
from a customer’s Smart TV, respective seller will be contacted.
- We ask for your understanding and patience as it may take some time for resolution and
a fix to be processed
- Refund will be generated when issue is registered with LG Help Desk and confirmed as
an app error.
2. Demanding a refund
- Request a refund through LG Help Desk Board (http://220.127.116.11) by providing
“Member ID, Purchase date, Purchased item and Reason for refund”.
- It may take some time to review request. For confirmation, give it a few days then contact
LG Call Centre.
- Refund will be made after a maximum of 7 working days when initial payment transaction
was made on a credit card.
- If your monthly payment has been already made, the refund will be credited on payment of
the following month.
