Try this

Confirm TV is 3D TV and hookup via HDMI. If Yes, proceed. – If No, need 3D TV & HDMI!
Access BD Player on-screen display Menu > Others > Factory Set > press ENTER key.
OSD Menu > Display > 3D Mode > turn it on.
Before activating 3D on television, ensure the 3D disc will play Split Window side-by-side.
If not, disc is simply not formatted to play in 3D. Has customer tried other 3D discs?
If screen displays image as split windows, disc is 3D. Activate 3D mode on television.
