No Power No Display

Try this

Ensure the AC power cord is fully inserted into wall AC receptacle.
Check your fuse box for any possible blown fuse. If a blown fuse, have customer replace it with fuse of equal amperage.
If all above fine then ultimately the microwave oven is defective. Possible cause of defect: magnetron, thermostat, printed circuit board or blown product fuse.
