CH07 error code [air conditioner]
The CH-07 or Different Operation Mode Error appears on the thermostat display screen whenever any of the indoor units is set to different Cool/Heat operation modes than the others. A two-digit number will appear on the wired thermostat LCD display, e.g. CH05. If the multi-setting unit installation does not feature a wired remote the fault will be displayed on the LED display window of the front panel of the delinquent indoor unit.
All the indoor head units of a multi-split HVAC product installation connected to a single outdoor compressor unit should be programmed in cooling mode, or heating mode, all at the same time.
Example: the air conditioner does not work when the indoor head unit in a room runs is set to run in cooling mode, while the unit in another room is programmed in heating mode.
Cause and Symptoms
- Multiple indoor head units are installed, but not all aligned to run only in cooling or heating mode

2. Upon re-starting all the indoor units, press Select Mode button to use the units in cooling mode, or heating mode only.
(Trip the circuit breaker, and then reset it 3 minutes later.)
※ Press Mode button of all the indoor head units one by one to start them, and immediately Select Mode button to operate the air conditioner in the cooling mode or the heating mode only for all of them, no exception
