Customers wishing to get their television to power on then power off daily at specific times can do so by configurating the On/Off Timer in the on-screen menu.
This practice is particularly useful in giving the impression someone is home while the family is away on vacation to fend off potential burglars.
Make sure current time is properly set first. If the current time is not set or is incorrect, correct the settings as it will affect the power on/off timer and other time-related functions.
