AI Picture Pro Mode
LG AI Picture Pro is a feature found in some LG TVs that uses artificial intelligence (AI) technology to improve the television's picture quality. This technology is intended to make viewing more immersive and visually appealing. Artificial Intelligence (AI) utilizes LG Electronics' deep learning technology to provide clear and vibrant colors by automatically adjusting the resolution based on the video content type.
AI Picture Pro provides :
- Real-Time Adjustment - LG AI Picture Pro constantly analyzes the content being displayed and makes real-time adjustments to optimize the picture quality. This ensures that you get the best possible viewing experience for every piece of content.
- AI Upscaling - One of the key functions of AI Picture Pro is upscaling lower-resolution content to a higher resolution. It uses AI algorithms to analyze and upscale content in real-time, making standard-definition and high-definition content appear sharper and closer to 4K quality.
- Noise Reduction - LG AI Picture Pro can reduce visual noise in the image, resulting in cleaner and clearer visuals. It can help minimize artifacts and graininess that may be present in the original content.
- Enhanced Detail - This feature can also enhance the level of detail in both dark and bright areas of the picture. It can improve contrast, making dark scenes appear deeper and more detailed, while bright scenes look more vibrant.
- Color Enhancement - AI Picture Pro can adjust and enhance colors to make them more vivid and lifelike. It can optimize color saturation and accuracy for a more pleasing viewing experience.
Note
This feature is only available for digital broadcasting, video playback from a USB storage device, and HDMI video input.
Please note that this is not supported when the [Game Custom] screen mode is on.

AI Picture Pro
When set to On, artificial intelligence, which has been trained with LG Electronics’ deep learning techniques, finds the most suitable resolution according to the video type and displays it using vivid, realistic, and rich colors.
Note
- It is supported for only digital broadcasting, videos of a USB memory device, and HDMI video input.
- If Picture Mode is set to Game Optimizer, you cannot enable this feature.
- This feature does not work with copy protected content.
[2024 WebOS24] and [2023 WebOS23] AI Brightness Settings
Press the
button on the TV remote and select
[General] →
[AI Service] →
[AI Brightness Settings].
Set to ON. Artificial Intelligence (AI) effeciently expresses darker areas based on the surrounding environment and content characteristics of the device.
- Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
- Select [General] in the [Settings] menu.
- Select [AI Service].
- Set [AI Brightness Settings] to On.

Press the

[All Settings] →
[General] →
[AI Service] →
[AI Picture].
- Turn on the TV and press the [Settings] button on your TV remote.
- Select [All Settings] in the [Settings] menu.

- Set [AI Picture] to On.

How to enable AI Picture in different WebOS versions
- [2021 WebOS6.0] - Press the
button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [AI Service] → [AI Picture].
- [2020 WebOS5.0] - Press the
button on the TV remote and select [All Settings] → [General] → [AI Service] → [AI Picture].
