Cleaning the screen
When cleaning, unplug the power cord and wipe gently with a soft/ dry cloth. Do not spray water or other liquids directly on the TV. Do not clean your TV with chemicals including glass cleaner, any type of air freshener, insecticide, lubricants, wax (car, industrial), abrasive, thinner, benzene, alcohol etc., which can damage the product and/ or its panel. Otherwise, this may result in electric shock or product damage.
When moving the TV, securely wrap it with packing materials to avoid any impact or pressure that could damage the screen.
Try this
Are there any foreign substances on the screen?
➔ Unplug the TV power cord and gently wipe the affected area with a soft microfiber cloth.
For stubborn dirt or stains, you can slightly dampen the cloth with water and gently wipe the affected area. For stickier areas from residual adhesive, viewers can use Goo Gone Adhesive Remover or similar product. Just DO NOT spray directly onto the screen. Spray it over a soft cloth then gently wipe the cloth on those nasty stains. Whatever you do, rub very gently.
Afterward, use a dry microfiber cloth to wipe off the screen. At that time, be cautious not to allow water to flow down to the bottom of the TV screen. Avoid using volatile chemicals such as alcohol or detergent to clean the TV screen. They can cause damage to the TV.
This can allow the water to infiltrate the TV, causing electric shock or fire and damage electronic circuitry.
