Why does EHE or ELE appear on display?

Cause and Symptoms

EHE or ELE notification will be displayed in control panel when the air temperature or humidity in the tub gets high during a cycle.

Try this

If the dryer is not installed on a flat surface, an error can occur due to improper draining. Please take out all laundry and leave the door opened for an hour to ventilate before resuming usage.

NotePlease make sure that the dryer is properly leveled. If the error continues to appear, unplug the power cord and contact LG Customer Service Call Center at https://www.lg.com/ca_en/support/contact-us/ (for Canadian residents only) .
