[LG Beam Projector Screen] The screen appears trapezoidal in shape

Troubleshooting

The symptom occurs because the projector is not level with the screen, and you need to adjust the keystone.

What is the Keystone function?
The Keystone function is a correction feature that adjusts the projected screen to fit the shape of the screen. It prevents the screen from appearing trapezoidal when the projection angle between the screen and the projector does not form a right angle.
As the correction level increases, the picture quality on the screen may deteriorate. Therefore, it is recommended that you first physically adjust the projector's position as much as possible by moving it up, down, left, and right and then use the keystone correction function.

Try this

1. Select the Settings menu → General → Keystone using the remote control.

2. Use the left and right buttons to adjust the screen to the desired condition.

Note
Currently, the mini-beam supports up/down keystone adjustment but does not support left/right keystone adjustment.
To adjust the left/right screen, rotate the mini-beam left/right.
If the product is installed on the ceiling, select "Invert" (Setup → Projection Mode → Invert).
